We found larvae in the soil where my little adenium plants were growing,
so I had to re-pot them.

I was a bit worry that they might be to young to be re-potted,
but after a few days they look quite okay now.

Grow, babies grow!!

Waktu pulkam kemarin aku sempat bawa bibit bunga adenium ke mari, soale kalo bawa pohonnya pasti aku ketangkap di imigrasi, he2..

Waktu itu sih aku belum tau kalo namanya adenium, yg aku tau kayaknya disebut kamboja jepun, krn bentuknya yg bontot kayak bonsai. Begitu bibit yg aku tanam tumbuh, langsung de, nyari2 info gimana supaya ni bunga tropis hidupnya bisa berkelanjutan waktu musim dingin nanti.

Aku tanam sebagian bibit dalam pot kira2 1,5 bulan yg lalu, barengan dengan bonsai mininya hubby, tp sedihnya krn gak ada yg tumbuh.. Begitu cuaca berubah jadi panas, itu pot aku taruh di luar dan aku tanam lagi sisa bibit yg ada, eh.. ternyata tumbuh loo..

Gak sia2 juga cuaca panas kayak begini Sekarang uda tumbuh 6 biji, semoga bisa survive, gak kayak bonsainya hubby, uda ko’id, mungkin krn cuacanya terlalu panas.

Ini dia bunga adenium, foto bunga dari rumah cici, krn engso n ciciku emang hobbynya tanam-menanam, biasa laa.. ibu2 pengangguran

natural therapy

Aku uda pernah cerita kalo orang2 di sini sangat menikmati hidup. Rasa2nya nggak ada yg kerja se-ngoyoh kita di Indo, yg berangkat pagi buta dan pulang larut malam (ya.. emang krn macet juga sih, he2..) Tetapi walo kerjanya nyantai, rata2 sangat mematuhi standard kerja, jarang ada yg datang terlambat atau molor wkt lunch time.

Pas memasuki bulan2 summer kek gini, biasanya dimulai kegiatan nanam-menanam di taman bagi yg punya taman, bagi yg gak punya ya nanam di pot2, kayak aku ini Kalo berkunjung ke toko bunga, pasti rame aja, biasanya mereka belinya ngeborong.. padahal gak murah loo harga bunga/tanaman di sini.

Kalo aku sih biasanya beli 2 ato 3 pot aja, itu pun pilih yg rada murah.. dan kalo bisa yg tanamannya tahan ber-taon2, he2.. iya dong, kagak mau rugi! Nah ini die, contoh orang yg gak bisa menikmati hidup

Bunga adalah terapi..

Summer is coming.. saatnya untuk nguli lagi ??

Waah!! perlu lebih banyak bunga buat terapi nih kalo nguli nanti..

Growing season

Early in June we went to the flower market, bought some flowers and some seeds. So I said to hubby, let’s put those seeds together in just one pot, cos we have so many pots already. No, said hubby, he wanted his own pot with his own flower on it. Ok, fine…

Everyday since then we were checking on our pots. Hubby was so proud and happy, cos his pot was really full of small plants growing fast, mine came a bit late

Strange thing is, they don’t look like what they are supposed to look like at all, not even close compare to the picture on the pack   So we waited, waited for them to flower… and hubby finally gave up ha2… cos no flower at all even they have grown really tall. Mine are still ok, at least they look more like flower plants But, what happened ? How come they turned out so different ? Hmmm… tanya kenapa.. !!???

My orchid

I don’t know what happened to my orchids. I now have two orchids, one was from hubby’s office for our wedding and the smaller one was from my parent in-laws, but we picked it ourselves at the store together with another pot of orange roses.

The upper leave of the big one has recently turned yellow So, we tried to search in the internet about the yellowing leave, but still we don’t know what happened to it. Hmmm… growing orchid is really not as easy as I thot, it’s a bit complicated actually. Too much or less light will kill it, too much or less water will kill it too   Bingung aku, bingung… ….
